„Lucidronaut“ (Art Toy Prototype)
We did a one week character design workshop at university. During the lessons we had to make several theme moodboards like Horror or Steampunk and finally mix them together. With the mixed moodboard we had to draw a lot of scribbles of every character we could imagine based on the theme.
The "Lucidronaut" is the end result of the workshop and combines three themes alltogether. (Space / Patterns / Dreaming)
„Poohbrain“ (3D Model)
This little blue guy is based on old scribbles out of my sketch book and an even older cartoon show idea of mine. He was created during Cinema 4D lessons at university. Even if i haven't realised the idea yet it's still in my mind though waiting for the right time to come.
„The Girl“ (Game Character + Game MockUp)
I made this girl for training purpose. First I completly rigged her with "Duik" - an After Effects Puppet Tool Plugin. Then i exported the finsihed animations as single pictures and created spritesheets with it. Finally I imported them in Unity and controlled them with "Mecanim" - the Unity Animation Controller.
„Super Smash Stone“ (Game Character + Game-MockUp)
A few years after the original Rolling Stone Game, which i made for the "u19" Ars Electronica contest, the idea of a redesign has been coming to my mind. So i started to scribble around a few years ago and ended up with a really rough game concept and a nice little oldschool arcade-like character.
